This gearing training system is suited to supporting training for mechanics careers in trade and industry. It covers training areas for industrial metalworking professions and teaches the following key topics:

Learning how gearing systems work

Distinguishing designs and utilising bearings
Familiarisation with positive (interlocking) and non-positive connection systems
Dealing with various types of seal
Assembly and disassembly without use of specialised insertion and extraction tools
All assembly work is undertaken in compliance with current safety regulations
