Design and function of an indirect multi-point injection Motronic 2.8.2 (CarTrain)

The Motronic combines all the engine control electronics (mixture preparation and ignition) in just one control unit. The Motronic 2.8 is a multi-point injection system, so that each cylinder has its own injection valve. The teaching system implements the control of the actuators depending on corresponding sensor signals. Different driving conditions can be reproduced. All sensors and actuators of the engine management system are original components and fully functional. To increase diagnostic skills, various diagnostic cases can be activated via the associated e-learning course.
