EWI 1/2 Assembly exercises in building installation technology
The following exercises are performed in this course:
- Wire stripping exercises
- Wire and eyelet bending as well as wiring exercises
- Techniques for surface and concealed installation of cables and conduits
- Functions and usage of automatic circuit-breakers
- Disconnection (conduit installation)
- Disconnection with a control lamp and socket
- Multiple switch, two-way and intermediate switch circuits with a socket
- Extension of a double switch circuit with a socket into a double switch economy circuit
- Current-surge circuit with a socket
- Staircase timer circuit with a timing relay
- Testing and commissioning of the circuits in accordance with installation and circuit diagrams
- Configuration of circuits in conduits or cable installations for fluorescent lamp circuits
- On/off circuit with a fluorescent lamp and socket
- Dual (lead-lag) circuit with a fluorescent lamp and socket
- Tandem circuit with a fluorescent lamp and socket
